J&K Police Crack Down on Poppy Cultivation in Ganderbal District

Ganderbal, May 29 (KNS): In a concerted effort to combat drug addiction, the Jammu and Kashmir Police, alongside the Revenue and Excise Department, conducted a large-scale destruction drive targeting poppy cultivation in Ganderbal District.


As per the statement issued here, under the guidance of SSP Ganderbal, Sandeep Gupta-IPS, the operation aimed to eradicate the menace of drug abuse from the community.
