JKBOSE frames 26 unfair means cases during extensive inspection drive

JAMMU, MARCH 06 (KNS): As many as 26 unfair means- cases were framed against the students found indulging in irregular practices during surprise inspections conducted by 20 vigilance squads constituted by JKBOSE to safeguard the integrity of the examinations. The inspections were carried out on the instructions of Secretary JKBOSE, G.H. Sheikh, who supervised the inspection drive.

The superintendents of these centers were directed to be cautious in future and ensure that there is no recurrence of such incidents. The examinations are conducted in smooth and transparent manner, as the invigilator staff has been found quite vigilant in the conduct of the examinations in the wake of strict instructions from the Board.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

All the sub and branch offices of JKBOSE participated in the day-long inspection drive, visiting more than 180 centers in order to safeguard the sanctity and integrity of the Board examinations. The JKBOSE reiterates its commitment to fair and transparent conduct of the examinations, while upholding the trust of students and parents in the interest of protecting merit and fairness.(KNS)
