Srinagar, Jan 24 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP) has implemented advanced technology and multi-tier security arrangements to ensure smooth Republic Day 2025 celebrations across all venues in the valley.
The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir Zone, Vidhi Kumar Birdi, stated that the use of technology, along with other facilities, has been prioritized to strengthen security measures.

Ahead of the main event, a full dress rehearsal was conducted in various districts of the Kashmir Valley. The rehearsal included security drills and cultural performances related to the parade scheduled for January 26. (KNS)
