JLNM Hospital Celebrates Milestone, Hosts Allergy Conference

Srinagar July 12 (KNS): JLNM Hospital in Srinagar marked a proud moment as it celebrated three key achievements, reinforcing its journey toward becoming a leading tertiary care centre in the Kashmir Valley.

Health and Education Minister Sakina Itoo, along with MLA Zadibal Tanveer Sadiq, attended a special conference-cum-workshop at the hospital. The event focused on advancements in allergy and immunology, bringing together doctors and researchers from across the region.

The hospital management team—Medical Superintendent Dr. Mohammad Tariq Jaan, Allergy Specialist Dr. Taha Ashraf, Deputy MS Dr. Asifa Jaan, and Media Cell Incharge Aafaq Bashir—thanked Minister Sakina Itoo for her continued support in upgrading hospital facilities and making new buildings operational for public use.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

During the event, Minister Itoo also launched JLNM’s annual general and awards ceremony, where she felicitated postgraduate researchers for their outstanding contributions in clinical science.

Speaking to the media, she praised the dedication of JLNM’s medical staff and acknowledged their efforts in making the hospital a model for tertiary care in the valley. She also highlighted the hospital’s historical importance and emphasized ongoing upgrades to improve patient care.(KNS)
