Srinagar ,Dec 23 (KNS): J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Tariq Hameed Karra on tuesday visited eminent religious Scholar Dr. Kamal Din Farooqi at his Naseem Bagh Habbal residence and expressed heartfelt condolences over the passing of his better-half.
