Kupwara, June 10 (KNS): The District Police Kupwara launched an operation to recover and return lost and stolen mobile phones to their rightful owners. This public-friendly operation successfully worked out all pending complaints, some dating back to 2022.
The recovered phones, which were found not only within the Union Territory but also in other parts of the country such as Haryana, were handed over to their owners today at the District Police Office (DPO). In total, 14 recovered mobile phones were returned.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The owners expressed their happiness and gratitude upon receiving their phones, many of which had been purchased with hard-earned money. This gesture by the Kupwara Police has strengthened the community's trust in law enforcement.
Kupwara Police has urged the public to view the police as friends and to approach them with their issues, promising that such matters will be resolved quickly and efficiently.(KNS)
