Srinagar, Oct 21(KNS): Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) chief Farooq Abdullah condemned the recent terror attack in Gagangeer, Ganderbal, which claimed the lives of seven people, including a doctor and several laborers.
He described the incident as deeply painful, stating that the victims, who had come to Kashmir to earn their livelihood, became victims of terrorism.
Abdullah emphasized that such acts of violence would not benefit the perpetrators, pointing out that these attacks would not lead to any gains for those responsible.
He also called on Pakistan to end the bloodshed in Kashmir, reiterating that the region would never become part of Pakistan.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelAbdullah urged Pakistan to stop terrorism and allow the people of Kashmir to determine their own future, highlighting the desire for peace and stability in the region.
Reflecting on the region’s long history of violence, Abdullah stated that the continued bloodshed since 1947 has not yielded any positive results. He further remarked that as long as Pakistan continues to target civilians, there could be no dialogue, as engaging with those responsible for such violence would be impossible.(KNS).
