Srinagar, Apr 17 (KNS): Former Chief Minister J&K Ghulam Nabi Azad led Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP) will likely to field former VC J&K Cements Ltd. and senior political leader Er. Nazir Yatoo from Srinagar parliamentary seat, sourced informed KNS.
They said that DPAP has decided to lend its support to PC Chairman Sajad Gani Lone in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections from north Kashmir’s Baramulla segment.
The development as per sources, took place after DPAP decided to field its chief spokesperson Advocate Mohammad Saleem Parray from Anantnag-Rajouri Parliamentary seat.

Nazir Ahmad Yatoo will be fielded from Srinagar segment.
Yatoo, as per sources has strong foothold in central Kashmir’s Chadoora and Chrar-e-Shareef.
The sources further said that DPAP has decided not to field any candidate from north Kashmir, instead the party will support Peoples Conference Chairman Sajad Gani Lone there. (KNS)
