Srinagar, Dec 12(KNS): A man was killed while another driver sustained injuries after a truck bearing registration number JK03K-2017 met with an accident near Naadi Balan area of Margan Top in Jammu and Kashmir.
The truck was onway to Warwan from Anantnag when the incident took place.
The driver, Mumtaz, son of Mohd Ismail, resident of Mathendu, Tehsil Kokernag, District Anantnag, aged 32, lost control of the vehicle, which rolled into a deep gorge.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelMumtaz sustained serious injuries in the accident.
A passenger identified as Muzaffar Ali, son of Irshad Ahmed, resident of Guridraman, Tehsil Kokernag, District Anantnag, aged 28, succumbed to injuries and was declared dead at the scene.
Police have reached the site and are investigating the incident.(KNS).
