Jammu, July 16 (KNS): Continuing the campaign of providing exposure to students through summer internship programme, today, the Institute of Mass Communication and Skill Development (IMCSD) organized a special interaction programme with Manish Sahni, President, Shiv Sena (UBT) J&K , organized at Jammu Press Club, Manish Sahni gave important tips to the students.
Sahni described media as the fourth pillar of democracy and said that the role of media is important in strengthening democracy and ensuring accountability of political parties, especially the ruling parties. Along with this, it is very important to remain up-to-date in this field, to keep yourself updated with the latest events happening in the world. Keep yourself curious, keep asking questions like "Why did this happen?" or "How did this happen?" Along with this, keep adopting the basic mantra of "5Ws" journalism "Who, what, where, when and why".
