Medical Officer Suspended in Bandipora for Skipping Independence Day Function

Bandipora, Aug 16 (KNS): The Health Department has placed a Medical Officer posted at District Hospital Bandipora under suspension for remaining absent from duty and failing to attend the Independence Day function despite clear instructions.

Officials said the officer did not report for duty on August 14, which affected patient care at the hospital. On August 15, the officer also skipped the Independence Day celebrations organised by the district administration, an act termed “serious misconduct and indiscipline.”

According to the suspension order issued by the Medical Superintendent of the District Hospital Bandipora, the officer has been placed under suspension with immediate effect.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
