Srinagar, September 27 (KNS): Former Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir and President of the Jammu & Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mehbooba Mufti, has expressed her heartfelt condolences on the passing away of Mrs. Bilquis Bano, wife of veteran journalist and poet Late Mr. Farooq Nazki, and the aunt of senior PDP leader, Naeem Akhtar Andrabi.
