Kulgam, Nov 16(KNS): The foundation stone for a new educational infrastructure project at Government Degree College (GDC) Kulgam was laid today by Sakeena Masood, Minister for Higher Education, School Education, Health & Medical Education, and Social Welfare.

The ceremony was attended by M.Y. Tarigami, MLA Kulgam, ADC Viqar Giri, and GDC Kulgam Principal Syed Aezaz Ahmad Rizvi, among other dignitaries.

Addressing the gathering, Masood emphasized the project's significance in enhancing the college's academic infrastructure.
