Srinagar, Nov 3(KNS): The Mirwaiz family has announced the passing of Mirwaiz Mohammad Ahmad, son of the Muhajir-e-Millat and Mufasir-e-Quran, Mirwaiz Yousuf Shah (RA).
He passed away in Islamabad, Pakistan, last night after a brief illness, the Mirwaiz said in a statement.
The funeral prayers (Nimaz-e-Jinaza) in absentia will be held tomorrow, November 4, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Jama Masjid Srinagar.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Condolences (Taziyat) will be received at Mirwaiz Manzil in Nigeen, the residence of the current Mirwaiz of Kashmir, Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq.(KNS).
