Bandipora, Sep 02 (KNS): President Contractors Association Bandipora Naseer Mir on Monday announced to contest assembly elections from the Bandipora constituency as an independent candidate, pledged to address grave issues of Bandipora people.

He pledged to create employment opportunities for the unemployed youths so that they could earn their livelihood instead of falling into drug abuse.

"Everyone in Bandipora now wants change, I request people to give a chance to new faces so that this family politics ends," he added.

"Our youths are suffering due to unemployment, we are the only district where we do not have an industrial sector," (KNS)
