Jammu, July 01 (KNS): Kavinder Gupta, senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister asserted that the implementation of new criminal laws will usher in a transformative era for the nation’s justice system. The three new criminal laws being implemented today included The New Penal Code, The Criminal Procedure Code (Amendment) Act and The Evidence Act (Amendment) Act.
