One Dead, Three Injured in Road Accident Near Khambiyar Crossing

Pattan, Sept 9 (KNS): One person died and three others were injured in a road accident that took place on the National Highway near Khambiyar crossing in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

According to information received by Kashmir News Service (KNS) from a reliable source, the accident happened between a bike (registration number JK04J-0974) and a Chota Hathi vehicle (registration number JK04G-7249).

The four persons injured in the accident have been identified as: Umer Rashid, son of Ab. Rashid, resident of Check Sari Pattan, Arsalan Ahmad Shah, son of Habibullah Shah, resident of Wussan Khoie Pattan, Ayan Ahmad, son of Ab.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelMajeed Khan, resident of Check Sari, Hafiz Iqbal, resident of Delhi

All the injured were taken to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Pattan for treatment. However, doctors there declared Arsalan Ahmad Shah dead. The other three injured persons have been referred to a hospital in Srinagar for further medical care.

Police have registered a case and further investigation is underway. (KNS)
