PDP's actions in 2008, 2010, and 2016 remembered as disruptive: Nasir Aslam Wani

Srinagar, Nov 20 (KNS): Advisor to the Chief Minister, Nasir Aslam, has strongly criticized the People's Democratic Party (PDP) over their recent remarks on the National Conference's (NC) resolution, accusing the PDP of misleading people and creating division within society.

Speaking to KNS at Rainawari, Aslam alleged that the PDP has consistently worked against the collective interests of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. "What they did in 2008, they repeated in 2010, and their actions in 2016 are also well-remembered by the people. Their agenda has always been to misguide the public and sow discord," he stated.

He accused the PDP of prioritizing political stunts over the development and welfare of the valley. “Even in the past, they supported disruptive politics, and today they continue to indulge in the same practices.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelThey have never considered how people could progress or prosper,” he remarked.

Referring to the abrogation of Article 370 and 35A, Aslam held the PDP responsible, claiming that their past alliance with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in 2014 laid the groundwork for the state's subsequent troubles. “If they hadn’t supported the BJP then, neither would Article 370 have been scrapped, nor would we have witnessed a decade of destruction,” he asserted.

Aslam urged the PDP leadership to introspect and take responsibility for their actions, stating, “The people will never forgive them for the damage they have caused.” (KNS)
