PDP's Aga Muntazir Seeks Vande Bharat Stop in Budgam

 

Srinagar, Dec 17(KNS): PDP’s Aga Muntazir writes to Ministers for Road Transport and Railways; Seeking Vande Bharat Stop in Budgam and Ramp connectivity to Srinagar Ring Road Project Jammu and Kashmir People’s Democratic Party Leader and Budgam Constituency Incharge Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi on Tuesday wrote letters to Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin jairam Gadkari and  Union Railway Minister Mr. Ashwini Vaishnaw 

 

In the letter to Nitin Gadkari Aga has sought provision for a ramp or access point for the residents of the Budgam’s areas including main town and Sholipora Paimas to connect to the ring road and is a significant concern for the local population, as it will restrict their access to this critical project 

 

Further, Aga Writes that I request you to initiate a feasibility study and consider incorporating this proposal into your planning framework.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelWe firmly believe that connecting Badgam town Shoolipora and Paimas to the Srinagar Ring Road  aligns with the  vision of promoting inclusive development and enhancing regional connectivity. to establish Vande Bharat Express stop at Budgam .

 

In other letter to Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw letter Aga wrote “As budgam hosts largest railway station in kashmir division and budgam remains vital operational unit during natural calamity as seen in 2014 floods”.

Establishing Vande Bharat Stop will enhance economic activity and tourism activity in Doodpathri and Tousamaidan in budgam district.(KNS).
