Police Attach Properties of Two Pakistan-Based Terror Handlers in Handwara


Handwara, Feb 25 (KNS) : Police in Handwara have attached properties worth lakhs belonging to two terror handlers based in Pakistan.

 As per police the action was taken after obtaining an attachment order from the Additional Sessions Court Handwara.  

The attached properties include 3 kanals and 12 marlas of land, belonging to Tahir Ahmad Peer, son of Shamus-ud-din Peer, a resident of Badrah Bala Qaziabad, and Mohd Ramzan Ganie, son of Mohd Abdullah Ganie, a resident of Ganapora Qaziabad.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel  

According to police, the attachment was carried out under sections of 88 CrPC (83 Central) and is linked to case FIR No. 73/2011 under Sections 2/3 of the EIMCO Act and 121A RPC at Police Station Kralgund. The properties were identified as belonging to absconders during the course of the investigation.(KNS)
