Pattan, March 7 (KNS): In a shocking violation of government orders, Doon International School Singhpora Pattan in north Kashmir's Baramulla district remained closed today, ignoring the official directive to reopen all schools in Kashmir after winter vacations.
As per the government’s orders, all government and private schools in the Kashmir division were supposed to resume academic activities from March 7, 2025. According to Kashmir News Service (KNS), the school was found locked today, leaving parents frustrated. Many parents expressed anger over the school’s self-styled rules, accusing it of disregarding government authority.(KNS)
