Srinagar Feb 15 (KNS): Public is aware of BJP’s designs, political exploitation and intimidation aiming to silence opposition in the country to hide failures on all fronts. The politics of lies and deceit shall no longer work, it (BJP) stands fully exposed and is set to face public wrath in the upcoming Parliamentary elections.


J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) Senior Vice President (Former MLC) and AICC appointed Lok Sabha Coordinator for Baramulla Parliamentary Constituency Ghulam Nabi Monga on Thursday made these comments while addressing an election preparatory cum organizational review meeting in Kupwara district of North Kashmir, where he (Monga) urged the Party workers to vigorously launch  door to door campaign against the BJP’s misadventures and failures to address genuine public needs even after promising development, employment, justice and restoration of democratic rights to people in the Parliament.

The Party leaders and workers present in the meeting briefed Monga about the political activities in the district. Monga expressed confidence that Congress Party is fully capable to deal with the challenges and defeat the falsehood of BJP and other political parties, who are out to benefit BJP by dividing people on various lines.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Monga told the Party workers that  Congress won’t be cowed down by the challenges and  the coercion unleashed by the BJP against the opposition leaders before the parliamentary elections, we will fight against all odds to the best of our ability and won’t compromise on our struggle to safeguard public rights, Monga added and laid strong emphasis over highlighting the anti-people measures of  the BJP Govt, which has not only done away with special status of J&K but downgraded it into two UTs amounting to demean, demoralize and assault on democratic and constitutional rights  of J&K people He blamed BJP for  leaving people unheard and unrepresented by not paving the way for Assembly election in J&K aiming to  hide behind its failure and the falsehood being perpetuated by it (BJP) for the lust of power.

JKPCC District Coordinator for Kupwara Master Mohd Maqbool, DCC President Nazir Ahmad Lone, Gh.Hassan Dar, Javed Ahmad Mir and various other leaders also addressed the meeting.(KNS)
