Mendhar, Nov 29 (KNS): Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology, Environment & Tribal Affairs, Javed Ahmed Rana, today attended the Annual Day 2025 celebrations of the Modern Institute of Creative Learning (MICL), Dharana Mendhar, as the Chief Guest.

The programme featured vibrant cultural performances, academic presentations and creative exhibits by students from various classes.
