Hanwara, Sep 7 (KNS): Bashir Ahmad Qureshi, a well-respected teacher from the Mawer Belt of Langate has announced his decision to contest the upcoming Assembly Elections from the Langate constituency as an independent candidate.
Speaking exclusively to KNS, Qureshi shared that the decision was made following immense pressure and encouragement from the locals. "I have been urged by the people to step into the political arena, and I will not let them down. Qureshi, who is known for his dedication to education and community service. "I was always encouraged to contest in previous elections, but various circumstances prevented me from doing so. This time, the people's insistence has driven me to make this decision. I am hopeful that they will stand by me in this election," he added.
