Srinagar, 15 July (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar Monday asserted that the negligent attitude of the administration has left the people of Srinagar longing for basic facilities.

In a statement released from the party headquarters Nawa-e-Subha, Sagar said that the divisional administration has failed miserably in meeting the basic needs of the people.
