Srinagar, Jan 7 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Conference (JKPC) chief and MLA Handwara, Sajad Gani Lone, paid tribute to former J&K Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, recalling his time as a minister in Mufti's cabinet.
