Srinagar, Aug 14 (KNS): Srinagar Development Authority in continuous to its demolition Drive's in various areas of SDA jurisdiction carried out a major crackdown against illegal structures at nowgam,lasjan, parimpora and bemina areas.

The enforcement team of SDA sealed few under construction structures built without proper permission from the competent authority at nowgam and lasjan areas.

Apart from that enforcement team retrieved the maximum SDA land at parimpora fruit mundi encroached by the illegal occupants for running their illegal business on SDA land.
Besides that at bemina area a demolition drive was executed against the illegal construction on SDA plot and timely,Swift action was initiated and retrieved the SDA plot from unauthorised occupation.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

General public is advised/informed not to indulge in any illegal and unauthorised constructions in SDA jurisdiction.Any structure raised without obtaining permission shall be sealed or demolished as per COBA ACT 1988.the action against such structures and encroachments shall continue in future in case any person found involved in such activities and the same shall be dealt as per law and would not be spared.
