Kupwara, Sept 11 (KNS): In a major political development, Dr. Abdul Kabir Dar, Secretary in the Administrative, Reforms, Inspections, and Trainings Department, is likely to contest the upcoming assembly elections from Langate Constituency.
Sources privy to the development said that Dr Dar has already applied for the voluntarily retirement.
