Srinagar, Nov 4 (KNS): Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather, on Monday, addressed the Legislative Assembly, presenting the speech of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha. Thanking the House for electing him unanimously, Rather urged legislators to prioritize accountability and development in their constituencies.

Rather highlighted the need for a respectful and productive environment in the House, noting that some legislators seem more focused on causing commotion than addressing real issues. Reflecting on his political career, he reaffirmed his commitment to House protocols and effective governance.
