Srinagar, Nov 16(KNS): In a significant stride towards environmental conservation, the Nigeen Lake Conservation Organisation (NLCO) has successfully restored Spring 5 at Mughal Mohalla, Rainawari, Srinagar.
This marks the fifth spring restoration in Srinagar and the tenth under the transformative Mission Ehsaas, a community-led initiative applauded by both the Prime Minister and the Lieutenant Governor of J&K.
The restored spring, now ready to serve the local community, offers a sustainable water source in an area grappling with shortages.
