Ganderbal 21, Dec. (KNS):To evaluate the current traffic situation on the strategically important Zojila axis of the Srinagar-Sonmarg-Gumri (SSG) road, SSP Traffic Rural Kashmir, Ravinder Pal Singh, visited Zero Point Zojila today.
As per Kashmir News Service KNS, SSP Traffic Rural Kashmir,During the visit,reviewed the traffic arrangements in place and held discussions with traffic officials stationed along the road.
The officer held a meeting with traffic officers and gave clear instructions to ensure that vehicles follow the traffic advisory and stick to the prescribed cut-off timings.

In addition, SSP Singh, along with his team, conducted a special enforcement drive at Kangan. Many motorists were fined for breaking traffic rules, especially for not wearing safety gear.
SSP Traffic Rural Kashmir, Ravinder Pal Singh, told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that the department will continue these enforcement drives to reduce road accidents and improve safety on the roads.(KNS)
