Jammu, Jan 2 (KNS): Leader of Opposition Sunil Sharma criticized Chief Minister Omar Abdullah over his remarks regarding assurances from the Prime Minister and Home Minister about not destabilizing his government. Sharma termed the CM’s claims as naive and accused him of misleading the people of Jammu and Kashmir with unfulfilled promises.
Sharma said, “The Chief Minister is a prisoner of his own lies, deceiving the people of Jammu and Kashmir with promises he cannot fulfill. Sharma emphasized that the Prime Minister and Home Minister are committed to the progress and unity of the nation and do not engage in destabilizing governments. He added that the real threat to Omar Abdullah’s administration lies in its own shortcomings and untruths, rather than any external influence.
“The web of lies and false promises spun by the Chief Minister will ultimately lead to his government’s downfall,” Sharma remarked. (KNS)
