Srinagar Jan 24 (KNS): The Chief Spokesperson of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference, MLA Tanvir Sadiq of Zadibal, has urged the administration, Waqf and shrine managements to collaborate effectively in order to ensure a smooth and trouble-free observance of the upcoming Mehraj Ul Aalam.
In a statement released from the party headquarters Nawa-e-Subha, Tanvir emphasized the importance of ensuring proper facilities for the thousands of devotees who throng the major Shrines, particularly Asar-e-Sharief Dargah Hazratbal, Maqdoom Sahib (RA), and others during the blessed night.

Sanitation, power supply, refreshment stalls, adequate security, and ground staff should be top priorities for the administration. Additionally, proper transport services on all routes to the shrines must be maintained,” he said.
“The Fire and Emergency Services Department should deploy men and machinery around the shrines, and market checking teams should be stationed in the vicinity. It is also essential for the administration to facilitate small hawkers," he said.(KNS)
