Srinagar, July 15 (KNS): Senior CPI(M) leader M.Y. Tarigami has expressed profound grief over the passing of Bushan Lal Mahaldar, a veteran trade union leader, who passed away today in Mumbai.
Originally from Anantnag, Mahaldar served in the Agriculture Department and remained actively associated with the progressive movement throughout his life. Recalling his lifelong dedication to the cause of the working class, Tarigami said Mahaldar's contributions to the progressive and trade union movement in Jammu and Kashmir will be remembered for years to come.
