Teacher and Pharmacist Dismissed for Alleged Terror Connections

 Srinagar, Nov 29 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir authorities have terminated the services of two government employees, a teacher and a pharmacist, over alleged links to terror activities, official sources confirmed. 

The action was taken under Article 311 of the Indian Constitution, allowing the dismissal of government employees without an inquiry in cases involving national security. 

The dismissed individuals have been identified as Ab Rehman Naika, a pharmacist in the health and medical education department, and Zahir Abbas, a teacher in the school education department.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel 

In recent months, the Lt Governor-led administration has removed several government employees from their positions in the Union Territory for alleged involvement in activities detrimental to national security.(KNS).
