Baramulla, Sep 14 (KNS): Three militants were killed in an ongoing encounter in the Tapper Kreeri area of Baramulla district on Saturday, officials said.

Inspector General of Police Kashmir zone speaking to Kashmir News Service, confirmed the development, stating that three militants had been neutralized during the encounter. “Their identification is being ascertained,” the officer added.

The encounter began after militants opened fire on security forces when the search operation commenced. Security forces retaliated, leading to the ongoing encounter.
