New Delhi, Apr 21 (KNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday emphasized that the policies being implemented by his government are designed to shape India's destiny for the next millennium. Speaking at an event marking Civil Services Day, he highlighted the goal of inclusive and holistic development, ensuring no village, family, or citizen is left behind.
“Our decisions today are laying the foundation for the next 1,000 years,” Modi stated, adding that India’s aspirational society — particularly its youth, farmers, and women — is reaching for new heights.
To meet these ambitions, he underlined the need for extraordinary speed in governance and policy execution. Modi noted that the effectiveness of governance is measured by the depth of reach and real-world impact of government schemes.

“India is no longer just a participant on the world stage; it is now a leader,” he asserted.
The Prime Minister urged civil servants to be empathetic toward the poor, to truly listen to their concerns, and to make solving their issues a top priority. (KNS)
