Srinagar, Jan 11 (KNS): Mild tremors were felt across Jammu and Kashmir and parts of North India after 6.1 magnitude earthquake hit Afghanistan on Thursday.

According details available with KNS the earthquake occurred at 02:50 pm in Afghanistan.

“Earthquake of Magnitude:6.1, Occurred on 11-01-2024, 14:50:24 IST, Lat: 36.48 & Long: 70.45, Depth: 220 Km ,Location:  Afghanistan,” National Center for Seismology said in post on X. (KNS)
