Srinagar, Nov 19 (KNS): The post of Chief Engineer in Roads and Buildings Department for South Kashmir has remained vacant for the last three months, causing significant disruption to public services and development projects in the South Kashmir.
This vacancy has left crucial infrastructure projects, including road construction, repair, and maintenance, stalled or delayed, negatively impacting local residents.
