Amidst J&K's ongoing struggles with power shortages, the timing and implications of this agreement have left many perplexed. Karim emphasizes the need for a thorough review, considering the existing power deficit in Jammu & Kashmir. He stated, "The allocation of resources must align with the pressing needs of the people of J&K."
