Expresses condolence to family of Ghulam Ahmad Pir Sahib

Srinagar, Oct 04 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Awami Action Committee (AAC) has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the demise of the spouse of the well-known religious scholar, Shaheed Dr Qazi Nisar.

In a statement, the AAC on behalf of the organisation and its Chairman Mirwaiz-e-Kashmmir Dr Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq expressed condolences to the deceased’s sons, Qazi Yasir, Qazi Umair and Qazi Shibli, and prayed for Jannat-ul-Firdous to the departed soul and patience to the bereaved family members.

Meanwhile, a delegation of the Awami Action Committee participated in the funeral prayer of the deceased and conveyed Mirwaiz's condolence message to the bereaved family.

Meanwhile, the AAC and its head Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Ghulam Ahmad Pir Sahib, a resident of Budhgir, Aali Kadal and a long-time friend of the Mirwaiz family. They prayed to Allah Almighty for Jannat-ul-Firdous to the departed soul.

On this occasion, a delegation of the organisation went to the deceased’s ancestral home and participated in his funeral prayer. They conveyed the condolence message of Mirwaiz Umar Farooq to the children of the deceased, Samir Ahmad Pir and Zubair Ahmad Pir.(KNS)
