Srinagar Jan 11 (KNS): The commissioner SMC/CEO, SSCL, Dr Owais Ahmed, IAS led a comprehensive review of the ongoing redevelopment in downtown areas of Srinagar city including review of the historic Old Haba Kadal Bridge in Downtown Srinagar today. He was accompanied by SSCL Chief Engineer, Executive Engineers, Assistant Executive Engineers, and senior Officials from SSCL and SMC, the CEO personally evaluated the progress at the site.
The primary goal of the visit was to assess the current status of the redevelopment and ensure its timely and successful completion. The Old Haba Kadal Bridge's renovation is an integral part of the broader Smart City initiatives aimed at modernizing and revitalizing key infrastructure in Srinagar. SSCL remains dedicated to delivering top-notch urban development projects that elevate the city's livability and economic potential.
