Srinagar June 09 (KNS): A local court in Srinagar has issued summon to former National Conference MLA Shamima Firdous in a defamation case filer against him by Sanjay Saraf.
According to summon, a copy of which lies with Kashmir News Service (KNS) Shamima Firdous has been asked to present herself in Additional District and Sessions Court Srinagar of June 14.
The court has also asked Shamima Firdous to bring all the documents with here upon which she intends to rely in support of her defence.
It said that in her absence the suit will be heard and determine in her absence.
Notably, Sanjay Saraf had filed a defamation case against former NC MLA for defaming him. (KNS)
