GDC Ajas condoles death of Prof Peerzadah Irshad Ahmed

Bandipora October 27 (KNS): The entire academic staff of Government Degree College Ajas Bandipora Friday grieved over the loss of Professor, Peerzadah Irshad Ahmed who passed away on Wednesday.

"We are deeply saddened to announce the untimely and unfortunate passing of Prof. Peerzadah Irshad Ahmed. He was a distinguished and highly respected Assistant Professor of Urdu and played an instrumental role in the establishment of the college," the Spokesperson of the college said in a statement.

"His dedication, vision, and tireless efforts contributed significantly to the growth and development of Government Degree College Ajas since its inception.His invaluable contributions extended beyond the classroom, as he worked tirelessly to shape the institution and foster a culture of learning and excellence among students and faculty members," he said, adding that on behalf of the Principal, Faculty Members, and Students, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the family of Prof. Peerzadah Irshad Ahmed during this time of profound grief and loss. We recognize that his legacy will forever be etched in the history of our college, and his influence will continue to inspire generations of learners.

"To honour his memory and the indelible mark he left on our institution, Government Degree College Ajas organised a memorial event to celebrate Prof. Peerzadah Irshad Ahmed's life and his invaluable contributions to the field of education," he said.

"The loss of Prof. Peerzadah Irshad Ahmed leaves a void that can never be filled, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him. As we remember him with fondness and gratitude, we are committed to carrying forward the principles and values he held dear, continuing the mission he so passionately championed," he added.
