Srinagar September 30(KNS)Jammu and Kashmir Students Association National Convenor Nasir Khuehami here today met Lok Sabha Member of Parliament Kunwar Danish Ali Ali Ji at his residence in New Delhi. During the meeting, Khuehami expressed his unwavering support and solidarity while strongly condemning the offensive language used by a BJP MP within the parliament premises. 

Khuehami was accompanied by a student delegation from Jamia Millia Islamia. Khuehami, speaking on behalf of the students, emphasized that the derogatory comments made by the Member of Parliament not only tarnished Danish Ali's reputation but also publicly targeted the essence of democracy itself.

This act of hate speech, he noted, had brought disrepute to the nation and highlighted the alarming decline in the decorum of parliamentarians. He expressed his steadfast support for Danish Ali, acknowledging his consistent display of exemplary discipline, commitment, and productivity as a Member of Parliament. The patience & decorum he showed towards the unparliamentary behaviour is commendable, he added.(KNS)
