PC welcomes hundreds of prominent political activists from district Kupwara in a series of joining ceremonies

Srinagar, March 11 (KNS): In a series of significant joinings, hundreds of prominent socio-political activists from diverse backgrounds joined Peoples Conference today, showcasing a huge increase in support for the party led by esteemed President Sajad Gani Lone.

During the first ceremony, scores of influential political activists from Khaipora-Rajwar in Handwara joined the party cadres in presence of President Lone, alongside former MLA Bashir Ahmed Dar, Sarpanch Ghulam Qadir Bhat and others.

In the second gathering, scores of activists from Kandi Block, including Radbugh, Kandi, and Tirch areas, were welcomed by PC President into party fold, accompanied by DDC Chairman Irfan Pandithpuri, Ghulam Ahmad, Abdul Ahad Magray, Abdul Jabbar Bhat and other party leaders.

Additionally, in a notable display of support, scores of political activists from Kulangam Chogul area of Langate constituency pledged their allegiance to the party in the presence of PC President.

Addressing the gatherings, President Sajad Lone highlighted the significant trust and hopes vested in the party by the common people, evident in the wave of joinings, fostering a sense of change among local masses.

"The common man has broken the silence and opted for change, seeking dignity, prosperity and a promising future. People firmly believe that choosing PC means their plights and demands will never go unheard and aspirations for development & economic opportunities will be promptly addressed," he stated.

Lone urged party cadres to mobilize and actively connect with the public, emphasizing the widespread desire for positive change in the longstanding political stagnation of Jammu and Kashmir.

"The public support for our party stems from the desire to secure a better future for generations to come. Our leadership aims to address the enduring suffering of the people and become their genuine voice in the Parliament. This overwhelming affection reflects that belief in our party," Lone affirmed.

The newly joined members pledged their allegiance to the party's principles and praised its visionary leadership. They vowed to strengthen the party cadre and promote its message of development and dignity tirelessly. (KNS)
