Handwara January 04 (KNS): A daylong awareness programme about Youth Empowerment was Thursday conducted by Kashmir servers foundation at Municipal Committee Handwara in which a large number of youth across the district participated.
On the occasion, SP Handwara Dawood Ayoub Was Chief Guest and ADC Kupwara Gh Nabi was present as Guest of Honour.
On this occasion experts and officials from Kashmir Servers Foundation provided detailed awareness to the participating youth.
The officials assured all possible support to the youth interested in harnessing their potential in different employment avenues provided by the ambitious Mission Youth programme.
Meanwhile, Tehsildar Handwara, Shaban Ah Akhoon expressed gratitude towards for participating in the awareness programme and appealed the unemployed youth to take maximum benefit of such programme.
Chairman youth empowerment program Riffat wani on occasion said her aim to organize such events is to make our young generation aware about their abilities.
She said such events for the youth will be organised in future as well to get our youth at one platform where they can discuss various issues.(KNS)
