Kulgam, March 15 (KNS): The 108 Ambulance services of the Health Department in Kulgam continue to provide round-the-clock emergency care to the people of Kulgam district, proving to be a lifeline even in the harshest conditions.

In a remarkable display of dedication and commitment, the 108 ambulance stationed at PHC Nehama, Kulgam, saved a pregnant woman’s life despite heavy snowfall and challenging weather. The incident occurred in the remote village of Raiwatan Wathoo, Aharbal, Asnoor, where 21-year-old Shakeela Akther suddenly fell ill. Her family immediately contacted the 108 emergency helpline for assistance.
