Srinagar, Jan 14 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Awami Action Committee (AAC) has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the demise of Advocate Raja Jahangir, the son of the organisation's former General Secretary, the late Raja Mohammad Ayub.
In a condolence statement, the organisation's head, Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir Dr Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq and the leadership paid rich tribute to Advocate Raja Jahangir. They said that the deceased's late father, Raja Mohammad Ayub, had worked tirelessly during his time to promote the cause of Awami Action Committee under the leadership of the organisation founder Shaheed-e-Millat Mirwaiz Moulvi Muhammad Farooq.
The entire family of the deceased, including Advocate Raja Jahangir, had made every possible effort to take forward the public, welfare and social mission of Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir, which is commendable in every way.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The AAC expressed heartfelt condolences and sympathies to Advocate Jahangir’s son, Sajid Jahangir, as well as to other members of the Raja family and the bereaved. It prayed to Allah to grant Jannat-ul-Firdous to the departed soul and for patience for the family.
A high-level delegation from the organisation visited the home of the deceased to convey the condolences, sympathy and message of solidarity from Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir and the leadership.(KNS)
