Kathua November 13 (KNS): Apni Party President Syed Mohammed Altaf Bukhari has condoled the demise of J&K President of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) Som Raj Majotra whereas Party’s Provincial President, Jammu, S. Manjit Singh along with other leaders visited the residence of the Dalit leader in Kathua.
The Apni Party leaders expressed their grief and sorrow over the demise of the prominent political figure, Som Raj Majotra.
To express his grief over the demise, the Apni Party President Syed Mohammed Altaf Bukhari also spoke to the bereaved family members on phone and expressed his sympathy with them on the passing away of Som Raj Majotra.
Meanwhile, Manjit Singh, on behalf of Apni Party, extended his sympathy with the bereaved family members to bear this irreparable loss, and prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The Former Minister remembered the contribution of Som Raj Majotra who worked for the neglected class of society irrespective of their religious or regional identity.
“He worked selflessly for the social, political and economic upliftment of the needy people,” he recalled.
He said that the work and contribution of the Dalit politician would be remembered in the society and hoped that the politicians would follow his footsteps to work selflessly for the public welfare.
